Mission

To provide quality financial services and be financially responsible to the members and residents who live or work in the community we serve.


Aim

To the extent possible, to create a source of credit at a fair and reasonable rate of interest, and provide an opportunity for its members to use and control their economic and social condition.

 

Organization:

  • To attract, develop and effectively utilize both volunteer officers and credit union staff
  • To develop and maintain a control structure that provides for effective member participation
Growth: To develop and maintain services and facilities to meet the economic and social needs of members and the community.

Funds Acquisition: To encourage thrift and to attract and retain savings and investments of members.

Capital Utilization: To prudently utilize the funds entrusted to the credit union and to meet the borrowing needs of our membership.

Financial Planning: To manage the assets and liabilities, the revenues and expenses, so as to maximize the benefits to all members to ensure the long run viability of the credit union in building its reserves.

Marketing: To promote and develop an informative member and information program within the boundaries of our bond association.

Legal and Legislative: To work within the terms of the Act and promote legislative improvements in the Act through our association with the Credit Union Central of Ontario and national associations.
